RETURN POLICY

*The $25 registration fee is non-refundable.

*The down payment for the interest-free, monthly tuition payment option is non-refundable.

*There is a 30-day return policy for items purchased from the Institute Store, minus any shipping charges.

*There is a 10-day return policy for any individual course (non-program), certification or degree program minus any shipping charges.

*For the return process to be completed, the student is responsible for returning all received materials by mail.
